Of course, I've been at church, at shopping centers, and I felt lonely even though the people around me tried their best to help me fit in. It was here recently, and the reason I felt this way was I was home-sick...My family is 1300 miles away and these people already had a connection.
I'm getting over the feeling of loneliness by getting involved in organizations, and getting in touch with what makes me happy.

Yes, I know the feeling! I am yearning for that one special individual who can put a spark back in my life. You are not alone if you feel that way. Many people experience this, unfortunately.
