Cheddar. There are a lot of things and ways you can do with it and it taste and smells good as always.
I love Farmers Cheese, it's hard to find at most supermarkets. Much easier to get from a dairy.

cheddar is mine too. but i have learned that it can't go on EVERYTHING....I made lasagna for Christmas and it was tart, everyone else loved it..I did not. I can eat cheddar plan, on a sand or on cracks, it sooo good!
