my ex-wife asked me to come stay with her (and my son) for a few months. She asked that I train her dog, spend time with our son, and drive the neighbor out.
Well,
I trained the dog. I spent lots of time with our son. And one day I set up our lawn sprinkler so that a little teeny bit sprinkled on his sidewalk. I'm talking, less than an inch.
he came to my door, and I tossed him off the porch. he then retreated to his side of the fence, and I continued baiting him. (I'm a big guy. He is taller and heavier) he might have caught a little punch or two in the mouth....

My ex came home---went to her mother's house, and I broke the news. As usual, she was appalled and screeched at me. then she called the cops, who all know her, as she supervises all the social workers in several counties. The cops had been called to the scene, and I had given a statement, and they had interviewed the other guy...the cops told her that they enjoyed this one greatly, that I was cool, and that the neighbor was a nut case---we knew this.
A week later the "For Sale" sign went up, and he was gone within a month.
i try not to notice them at all.

My neighbor sits in his garage and watches people walk by. Every time I walk my dog he gives me the creeps.
he used to water plants at midnight!
i swear his plants were soo healthy but i have NEVER seen him water them!
that he needs surgery on his hips and knees and won't get it. I hurt for him when I see him walking.
they never come outside,
My neighbors never let they're kids outside to play...even in the summer when it's really nice out they are never outside...I think that's odd because they have 4 kids. If I had 4 kids u can bet they would be outside whenever it was nice out.....
Two professional people who are very well off and are tighter with a dollar than the cover on a snare drum.
they bought the house next to mine like 6 months ago and now they're moving
He dances naked in the moonlight with his trees....honest! It's plain creepy.
There's nothing odd about my neighbor. She is in her 90's and still lives in her own home alone until just recently when she has started needing some nursing help. She really is too sweet to ever be considered odd.
HA! I was just about to say the same thing. Whenever I walk to my car I can see my neighbor always peeking at me through his blinds. When I get in my car and look back at his window, he's always peeping through that little space...FREAKS ME OUT! If I stare back long enough, the blinds suddenly shut and no more eyes are staring at me.
I think Im gonna start holding up a big sign that says "I CAN SEE YOU"...maybe it'll get him to stop his odd behavior.
When I first moved in, every time I would call my cats in at night the people diagonal from me would open and close their door. It started freaking me out! But, fortunately, they moved away!!
maybe he likes u..anyway my neighbour is crazy...she isnt the cleaner...but she always cleans the floor!!and when she go away..she always put locks on her gates and on her door..and she go away a few steps...come to her gate and check if they r locked well..she does that 5 times everyday i think ur neighbour is better than mines...im glad we r moving in january.
that they are my relatives....
ok i have a weird one. my water pump is close to his house. he always comes and knocks on the door and asks..."is your toilet running" i'm just wating for him to say "you better go catch it" (sometimes my handle gets stuck and it runs, but now he thinks when someone is taking a shower that it's the toilet and he knocks) idk if he's just lonly and wants to talk or if he's crazy.

that is soooooo creepy. well my neighbor across the street he is always inside his house, cept for rarely. and then he is getting all this work done in his house, and then he gets a new car, and we dont even see him go to work, or step foot outside his house, and one time, he walked to HEB at 11:00 pm, to get milk.....wierd.....my mom and i make all thse theories about him, mine is tht he's a terrorist hers is tht hee's a druggie, lol.
He lives by himself and drives by in his pickup real slow to see if he can see inside my place. He also keeps all his windows and curtains closed all year. Other than that, he's as screwed up as the rest of them.
One evening I was sitting in the living room and I swore I heard a car backfire. I thought I heard yelling but didn't really pay attention. Then I heard it again and realized it was gunshots. My neighbor had gotten drunk and mad and shot his rifle off inside the house at the ceiling (where his grandparents lived in another apartment!). Subsequently, he ran and the cops (state, county and village) had shut down our neighborhood. There were so many sirens going I couldn't hear the TV (well actually I was kind of hiding in the bathroom cause it was a little scary). They were banging on everyone's doors looking for him. Well they did find him and he's back home but I still avoid him as much as I can. I'm pretty sure he's not allowed to have guns anymore (but I'm not sure).
I am the odd neighbor.
