Question: My cousin signed up for online college. BUT she doesnt own a computer. So she thinks she can come over my house any time and use my computer. But why sign up for online college when u dont have a computer??

Tell her to go to the library. Yeah, your cousin is kinda dumb and is expecting a lot. Now she will also have someone to blame if she fails. I'd ask her if it is a nationally recognized diploma or degree. I have heard many people say their online college did not end up giving them a legit diploma.

If this is a pain, you can always point out that most libraries have computers available to the public.
The fact that your cousin WANTS to go college it a start...In some cases if you score high enough on entrance exam and are less fortunate then others computers through corporate grants are available. Knowledge is power, let this person run with it.
