What are these nasty messages I keep getting?!

Through Yahoo Messenger I get at least 2 a week and I'm TIRED of it!!! The thing is they NEVER say anything else!?
AND they aren't friends!!!!

Only 2 a week? I have been getting at least two daily. Will be dumping Yahoo Messenger because of it, and recommend yo do the same.
