Lay in bed and make sure the room is pitchblack. Put the biggest icebag on your head that you have,take some strong pain meds...wait it out/sleep as much as you can.

If it's a true migraine (where you can't stand light or sound and it's mostly on one side of your head and face), you might want to ask your doctor about Anaprox DS (double strength). It's an anti-inflammatory that you can get by prescription. My wife has had good luck with that one. But if you're looking at a computer screen while you have the headache, it might not be a true migraine. It's always possible that you just need new glasses.
