I'd first write a will before I die peacefully saying I love them on it.
I would like to die peafully, because the last thing that i want to think of on my death bed is not any human or loved one but GOD.

peacefully....my loved ones wouldn't want me to die in agony, and I tell (and show) them how much I love them and what they mean to me often.
I would have to say the pain. Saying goodbye is more important then my own concerns of pain. It wouldnt matter anyways because once your dead the pain stops..
i don't think it matters how i die.my loved ones know i love them. and i will see them again someday.
