Not necessarily. Conflict arises when there are differing opinions but the matter can always be resolved quickly and effectively with lessons to be learned. Therefore, it can be positive!

No, conflict is necessary and good sometimes. It's the only way we can work on our differences. But, there's a right way to do that too.
