I think so. If it is poorly wrapped, then the person you give the gift to will think you didn't put very much effort or time into the gift.
My first couple gifts come out nice..even with bows
my last few are lucky if they stay taped together
my kids are only gonna rip them of as fast as they can anyways

No...I smashed up my hand in an accident a few months ago so hopefully others won't mind my one handed wrapping attempts...I tried my best and that's what counts.

who would care how the gift is wrapped? if some one got you a nintendo wii would you care if it was wrapped like crap? no0o0o you got a wii! who the f.uck cares? it doesnt mean you didnt put that much effort in the gift if u dont wrap it good. but if you give a really really bad present like socks, than yeah wrap it well.

The wrapping goes astray as soon as a child puts their hands on it...they never noticed how it is wrapped.
My goodness....I usually hope not! Anything that I attempt to wrap usually ends up looking a mess....but my gifts seem to be well received. I think I am probably the most untidy person I know when it comes to wrapping, though....most of the gifts I receive seem to be nicely wrapped.

I rap the gift with my knuckles to hear what is in side of it. Hopefully, gift wrapping is not a critical skill. I can't gift wrap worth a lick.
Hi Clo, No that isn't importance at all. I have grand kids who wrapped my present and it may not be the best wrap but it's the thought that really counts and the Love in their little Hearts.

No, I am pretty sure it does not matter. I pretty much just slap it on and throw some tape on there. The kids just rip them apart anyway!!!!!!!!!!!
