we actually got ours up this year, the past few years we didn't. We have our Christmas tree up and that's about all. Ran out of time.

I have only one decoration up... a welcome sign with Snowmen on it my daughter bought, but I had to hang it inside since the nail fell out of the door. (although, we HAVE decorated my husbands parent's house since that is where we are spending Christmas)
