It's called a troll. They connect to you, trying to be nice and then go through your questions and answers and even your contacts. Then the thumbs down begins along with the reporting.
Those are called "Trolls"

I have no idea, thats why I block everyone...I think they have some type of disorder.

I have come to the conclusion that there are people on here that are here just for spite and to be mean.
They have no life-so they get joy out of hurting others.
They are jealous and if they don't like your questions,just skip them or go somewhere.
