Sure. And I'd bet most everyone would. It's human nature to push forward and keep pushing forward. At least everyone I've know all my life do. How else would we learn and grow? Seems to me to be a good thing, unless your close to a cliff.
I try not to intentionally take advantage of people.
I do have a habit of giving more than expected though.
