Real is more traditional and authentic, artificial is less of a fire hazzard. Hard to choose which is better though.

if you want a lasting experience of going to get a tree with your family and setting it up then real rocks your world
if you want a lasting tree that youdont have to drag your family to go get everyyear then fake deffinately - they even have ones that are predecorated so your family doesnt have to decorate it - you might just be too busy

i would say artifical christmas trees are the best . you dont have to worry about watering or putting fertilizer in them . plus another good thing about artifical trees they last longer and when you touch them they dont make you itch all over .
