My Gramps!!!
He taught me to drive the tractor at 5........
So, I could help out with putting up the hay.....
By the time I was 7 I could drive anything he put me in....
The law would have him today....
BUT this was some time ago.....
He was awesome and patient...
Plus, he had nerves of steel and a great sense of humor.....
What a gift....

I started driving when I was about 11 or 12, learned to drive while with my Dad/Uncles/family friends. We were in the woods hunting, I would drive to put them out on particular stands. Then if the dogs got by pick them back-up and when we reached the next spot. I would drive and put them all out again. That's how I got my start, by 14 had my own woods buggy............a V/W reinforced in the front and big sand tires.
I did lose control once w/uncle on a wash-board road, boy ole' boy caught the devil for that one!!........lol
A VERY MERRY TO ONE AND ALL!!
