I am not certain myself , but judging by the way people using it I will describe it as follows :
1- They are like YA police men , searching for reports .
2- they stalk u around and report any chatty question u post
3- they are hated and kinda of avoided
4- they have patrols here , may be in certain times too
5- they are not YA Staff , but normal users like me and u
6- And the most important thing is , THEY ARE RETARDED !
People who abuse you or hurt you and then report you. The bad types and you lose points because of them and they insult you
they report innocent people on here..

It is someone who thinks you are reporting them...you know what I think is worse though?? Having someone think you are a troll..this I think is happening to me, and I invite this person to email me to let me know what I ever did to upset them, because I am truly offended..I'm not one of these people-going by a question they just posted, it is still happening to them...so proves it cant be me cos I am blocked. I hope they find out who it was, and I hope they are decent enough to email and apologize to me....we are all on here for a bit of fun I thought??
