Should the internet be banned for kids under 18?!

CERTAIN parts of the internet should, unfortunately it's too easy for kids to get around internet bans! (Like all the 12-year olds on here... all they had to do was set the clock back a few years, and voila! Instant membership.)
It would make it much harder for weirdos to get a hold of kids.

As an educator, I can tell you that the internet can be a very valuable learning tool. Proper supervision should be used for young children.
