When filling out my year-end self evaluation form... ?!

Question: should answering questions on Y!A be listed under Job Specific Duties or Areas I Can Improve On?

You need not improve. So take it from there. Where do I get one of these forms? Am I missing something? I never get to evaluate myself. Mind you, I have some friends ( I like to call them that ) and what's referred to in some circles as a family that like to inform me constantly of my shortcomings. Good thing I got you swell folks on Yahoo to let me know my REAL relative worth. But it's about YOU Dave. You're an all around great fellow. Or so the boys at the bus station told me. By the way, he says you owe them money....

It should be listed as a skill that you excel at doing, but to not appear vain and too cocky, put it in the Areas You Can Improve On...you can always do "better" by answering more questions.

It could be classified as "research" and that's always a good thing to add to your Job Specific Duties... makes it seem like you're working even when you're not at work.

My question is, if it is an area you can improve on, how do you plan on improving it? You can either do more "research" on Y!A or practice by answering more questions.

Maybe you could include "won't yell at my secretary for bringing me work to do, so as not to bring attention to my lack of desire to make a good impression and horrendous work ethic."

But then that would be stupid, wouldn't it.
