Yes!! I am surprised by this question. I own 8 dogs and 5 are pugs. The lady at my favorite Pet Store not only flatters me but put all 5 pugs pictures on their bulletin board. I could shop online more easily but she makes me feel special.
if it was a choice between better price or friendly I would rather have friendly. So you pay a little extra big deal.
