well, well, TD, here is what I am having for lunch:
white truffle soup with twice boiled crayfish stock
Beef Wellington, prepared with the best tenderloin, foie gras, truffles, wild mushrooms and home made French pastry
Spanish langostinos in rock lobster sauce
Valencia rice risotto with calf liver
Key lime ice cream
and Calvados and Cuban cigar for dessert...
