No, I don't really care about the points. I just like to be at a level were I can answer endless questions.
I am on level 3 but I don't know how many points I have and I seem to be satisfied for now at this level. I haven't ran out of the number of answers I have....yet.

When I first started using Yahoo Answers I did. But now it's not really an issue.
