uhhh i've had friends that have been bulimic and it's worked... because you never take the weight because you just throw up all the food.

I took a medicine called Alli I took to 3Xs a day I would take 3 pills 3Xs a day it will work with good execerise and a good diet.

Don't eat much, drink alot of water and eat fish.

I've cut calories and used vitamins to help my metabolism. I also do sidebends twists, and arm cirlcly thingies(stick your arms out and make circles..) I also did a bit of walking

I also eat pretzle sticks to snack on and I drink Green tea with gensing. If I drink any sodapop, it's diet or coke zero. I don't mind water either,

went from size 14 to 8 or 9

It's low fat
Low "bad" carbs (if you don't eat bread and lots of pasta or replace it with healthy pasta)
You can't eat any candy or junk food because it all has milk or butter in it.
Its very healthy and the weigh will just fall off!!

Divorce it will take the weight off fast. No really I did the Hoodia thing and I lost 25 pounds.

Might not work for everyone but it works for me. Only eat fruit and veg for a week or two, drink 12 glasses of water a day and do at least 30mins of exercise a day.

i just say drink tons of water. it works better. you wouldnt have to get off your butt as much. just sit there and drink water.
orr you can go to the ORIENTAL store. and theres this drink thats got ALOE in it. that helps you lose weight. it actually tastes good too.
