Start driving south until you don't see anymore dang snow.

Las Vegas or Arizona.

Charlotte, NC

Columbia,South Carolina
Marrietta, Georgia
Albuquerqe, New Mexico

southern California or Louisiana

alaska

North Georgia; Come on down!! We'd love to have ya!!

south texas

Charleston SC

I think that most of Alabama fits those qualifications.

Anywhere on the Gulf Coast, especially Houston/Galveston. They've only had accumulating snow 2 times in the last 100 years. Or Key West, who has never had snow. And of course, you can always move in my pineapple.

Arizona, New Mexico, Texas

There's no snow here in TN and it's affordable. The Murfreesboro area is quiet nice and it's growing rapidly, so there's a lot to do and plentiful jobs. They have built a second mall and it's huge.

nevada, texas, southern california, around there.

FLO-Ri-DA

Well you might like it if you're not afraid of hurricanes.

Come on down to Tucson. Now about the 115 degrees in July is a different story....

i live in west tennessee for the last 7 years...the only snow i've seen was just a dusting that didn't even last all day.

sometimes, i miss the snow!

el paso
galveston
palm coast, fl

well..las vegas and arizona aren't affordable. Look into the Florida panhandle, Southern Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas along the gulf.

Somewhere in North Carolina. Real affordable, and not many places here get snow.

Raleigh NC - it snows about once every 10 years. This week it was in the 70's. The cost of living is reasonable and there is still a lot of home construction and people re-doing older houses. This is a very eclectic artsy area.

Texas, Miss, LA, AL,GA,NM And AZ

San Antonio Texas

low cost housing
great work available
lots to do

I'd check out Arkansas.

Texas is one of the most affordable places in the country. I couldn't say about snow, but I've never seen it there. There's a book, "The Places Rated Almanac" that lists everything you could ever want to know about a place. Weather, avg income, crime rates, housing prices......I think it's great.

I'm in Florida and there is no snow --- I don't think ANYPLACE is affordable anymore, unfortunately. Sarasota is an ARTSY town --- for real.....if you live in a small town out east you may be able to find something affordable. What is affordable to you though? If you can pay $1,000 a month for rent, then Sarasota is your place....oh and I mean a 1 or 2 bedroom apt.

Florida, California, Hawaii, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona are all very warm states which get little snow. All states get some, however, in the very highest elevations. The Siskiyou Mountains in Northern California.get snowfall in the winter, for example, and sometimes even the Grand Canyon does!

Almost any southern state. So. California and Arizona have decent climates.

Nashville,TN---good economy too. Lots of construction.
