Once every other week. I did mine yesterday.

Today.
I try 2 a week but usually it only happens once.

I change mine, every thursday and I change my kids on Saturday. I guess it is just a habit

This morning.

yesterday. and every three days

Not recently. I take a shower before I go to bed, so I don't think they get very dirty. I wash them if they stink!
