First if this is real, i would have the person i BELIEVE gave something to me be CHECK OUT""
Then i would try to act as civil as possible and go to court and SUE for all that they are worth , including family.

That's not very nice of them, and I'm sorry if this happened to you.
But, they kind of have a point. It's not entirely their fault that you contracted a disease from them. It's also your fault for not protecting yourself. Try to be more careful in the future and take responsibility for yourself, because other people aren't going to do it for you. Sorry again about your situation.
I would be in jail for awhile after that encounter
someone would catch a horrible beating at the very least.
The good news is, you don't have to worry about catching it anymore.
On to more serious things... I always thought there should be some legal action you could take against someone for passing an STD onto you.
No one ever "asks for" or "wants" an STD. For giggles, commit that person for mental review.
Wow, I would want to beat them down, but who wants more infected fluids on them.
