unless it is to defend someone no, violence is never the answer, if its just words know who you are and walk away and stay away from that person no matter what. forgiveness is a key too, dont let it eat your heart out, are they worth it?
If its someone you dont care for report it to the police. and if its someone that you care for that hits you, it is time to care from a distance or to move on, never be anothers punching bag, with my x she had anger issues from her dad's abuse, Finally we ended with the song I Will Always Love You
because though we cared for each other she wouldnt take anger management cause it hurt to bad, and her 3rd incident with me, was the end after 2 years.

I had the chance to be back with her, but I had to say no way, because no matter how many times they promise they wont again, they cant control their feelings, till they turn em all over to Jesus and stay away from those that abuse them.

no. because if i hit someone it was because i had a good reason.
