No, but where i used to live i caught my neighbor standing right outside my window a couple of times, and i looked online and it turned out he was a registered sex offender...i moved.

I do look out my window and when I see my neighbor across the street, I say a prayer for him. I have watched him within a year, go from a healthy looking man to someone bend over, using crutches, struggling to walk. He is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Lord Help Mr. Ellis.
