you can't get rid of it,ring your date and say you've got a sudden case of,plague/black death/malaria
Have someone suck the pus out of it for you. Makes for much cleaner healing.

Crush an aspirin, add a little bit of water to make a paste, and apply. Leave it on till it gets hard, then rinse off.
