My boss is Jewish so we don't have a Christmas party. Apparently in years past he did take everyone out to a nice dinner but not this year. He did bring me a Burger King last week so I can't complain. (Just between you and me though he forgot the Onion Ring Sauce). ?

we had a "luncheon" we had a white elephant exchange where i got stuck with a fuc-king Ohio State ***, i mean flag, and then my boss who usually gives me a giant box of homemade cookies...didn't do the cookies this year...i doubt i'll win the coveted 10 pts, but i feel better getting to complain about it.

Had to plan it ourselves, Bring our own food, no Christmas gifts from owners, AND had to do it while working, they refused to close down for it!! OHHH they gave everyone A beer, just one!!! I worked at a restaurant!!

Damn I'm envious. Just had the party. On a Wednesday! Went to Frontera Grill....decent food, had to pay for drinks...went to a bar after......had to pay for drinks......and our X-mas bonus this year went into our 401K.......wtp??
No gifts.....not even a pity f^ck.......went home around 10......
We have one here at work. Every year it's the same slop, from the same place, never enough for everybody. It's not worth the effort to even show up it's so lame. And the boss watches to see how much everybody is taking like the Food Police or something...gimme a break...
