Good for you, If you really wanted to show him, you should sell his credit card number online or just use it to purchase something really embarasing and have it shipped to their house.
I work in Customer Service and I think that some people have to be put in their place.

I LOOOOOVE IT, I have worked in customer service as well and some people think that they own you, it is ridiculous. You know what else you could do? You could put white off or paint on the toilet sit, so when he sits he will have a white ring on his @ss, just kidding don't do that you will get in trouble! I like the wake up call though!
