Question: Each spring they are thousands on drunk heterosexuals on the beach who flash their private parts, perform public displays of random sex and do things like wet tee-shirt contests and "nice azzz" contests etc. My nephew wants to know why these heterosexuals do this.

First of all-how old is your nephew? Second of all why are you taking him where those activities are taking place? Surely there must be other places where you and your nephew can go-more family orientated?
Who knows why people do such things-other then for attention perhaps? And is there any particular reason why you are returning to those same places?
