Why don't they just make steroids mandatory for professional athletes?!

Question: Yeah. No kidding. They're all doping anyway. And all people care about is them breaking records.

If people actually cared about the sport, they'd watch/participate in the Minor Leagues/non-Pro teams.

Roid rage isn't insurable.

I just think it's cheating. An athlete on steroids is artificial to me. He/She isn't using their natural talent and is relying on the steroids. It just doesn't seem right for a kid to look up to Bonds (for example) and want to be a baseball player just like him. That kid probably has no idea that he got where he is using steroids. I definitely wouldn't want my kid looking up to someone like that... Just doesn't seem right. I'd want my kid to look up to someone who is a REAL baseball player.
And again, just using baseball as an example...

Yeah when I watch the Pittsburgh Pirates I wanna see baseballs going into the river.

Xrys, you are right on the spot.

Most fans nowadays are very misinformed about this topic because of the media. They think a doping test is reliable for example. Ofcourse this is not the case, everyone with a little bit of knowledge can pass it with steroids in his/her body.

Imagine what would happen if sports were really clean. Current records will be impossible to beat. All fans would vanish, including the sponsors. It would be like the special olympics.
