Seriously, they really work. Once you've got the first mouthful of eggs and bacon down you begin to feel much better.
And don't forget the coffee!

maybe more beer, just one or two, depends how bad you feel, if not, coke and crisps, bacon sandwich, fried egg sandwich, anything that will fill you up and get some nutrition into your body. Basically it takes time to go, I wish you better , its horrible isnt it??? Hope you enjoyed yourself anyway :)))))

A can of coke, a sausage and egg butty with a dippy egg and brown sauce and moaning 2 people all day 2 get u through it, that works 4 me x just don't start throwin up or u won't stop
