OK....where I come from this is the definition:
An older person who cruises under-21 nightclubs looking for a person who is "legal" to have sex with, but still young enough that they remind them of a child.
That is a troll in the Pacific NW...so you can understand my confusion when YA started calling rudies "trolls".
