Never seen that before, in the UK it is always garnished coriander and "jus"....please, it's gravy, not jus!!!

I agree, it's really annoying when you are reading a menu and it sounds so good like succulent chicken breast and then finishes with "a lovely nut, raisin, dill, rosemary, chive, bergamot, thyme sauce."
Because they don't know how to cook.
Don't forget the dried cranberries....it's not too bad, it's an aquired taste I guess.

I don't know either. No matter what color they are, I HATE raisins. And nuts are a snack or ice cream topping, not a dinner menu item!
those sickos just do it because it's a fade - I wouldn't eat their artsy=fartsy food in the first place

I'm darned if I know. I still remember once having turkey with nuts and raisins in the stuffing. Yuck! Personally, I like meat that tastes like meat, NOT fruit or nuts.
