Well... what percentage are in America? Quite a few, and I don't assume that everyone is from america by lets be honest, if it wern't for the lack of a greek Y!A you'd be somewhere else. ;-)

Some people do believe this, but everyone on Y!A is from a different city, state and country. Where are u from?
One must never assume anything. Why don't we all just answer the questions in a way that we feel is appropriate? If you upset someone I'm sure they will give you either a thumbs down or report you. And to the Empress...it's my experience that most people in Northwest Germany aren't too fond of us Americans, something to do with WWII I believe. But I did like your answer.

I think most assume everyone is from America because this is the Amercian form, there are forums for other country's.

Sad but true. My experience is most Americans never go overseas and think the news they watch isnt propaganda.

When I first joined YA, I was asked to check the appropriate box if I wanted to participate in United States answers or International English answers.
Many people checked the United States only box and ASSUMED INCORRECTLY THAT YA WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANTED.
Some than later on noticed the differences in some spellings. But remember that some of the "kids" on YA can't spell their own names correctly.
Yahoo is to blame.
