Describe in extraordinary detail, your every bowel movement in the last 8 days to them on the phone, each time they call. That should clear it up.
This sounds like an old scam that went around a few years ago. Ask them for all contact information, inform them you are calling the Better Business Bureau and your local police to see if they are legit. I bet the calls stop.
