About $500? That's a guess for my area and one bedroom! =)
i guess it all depends on where the apartment is located. Like what city and is it and the area around it
It depends on your location.
In my area, apartment living is cheap. But 2 hours away and you're paying 3 times as much for the same type of apartment.
around here it can be anywhere from $400 to $1500 a month, cheaper in Hendersonville, more in Asheville, also depends if its an apartment or a townhouse or an apartment off of a house, the townhouse ones are more, and also some are all utilities included, some are not, some have trash and yardwork included and some don't, just really depends on where and what type it is
i've seen some around here go for as much as 1000 bucks...but i wouldn't pay more than 700...hard to tell u whats too much when you didnt tell us how much your rent is
I don't know about there but I pay 700 for a large 2-bed 2-bath house. I would think only like 500.
I agree with Butt biscuits, and I live in Texas! For here, anything over $900 is too much .
My husband and I had a nice one bedroom apartment (it was our first home together!) and it was like $625. Not too bad. There was a larger one bedroom we could have gotten for $825 or so.
Around here, it's a rural area, and most one bedrooms are small apts. Usually not more than $400, most of the time closer to $350. My brother has a small one br for $425, utilities incl. Mine is a small 2 br, $475 with utilities incl.
I don't know about where you live, but around here (St. Louis) I wouldn't pay more than $650 for a one bedroom. However, it really depends on the other amenities. A garage? A nice sized kitchen with appliances? Laundry hookups? A good sized living room? Storage? I would pay more for these types of things.
For Atlanta I don't know. Here in Springfield, Mo you could get a good 1 bedroom for around $400. Although, that's pretty cheap compared to other cities. Springfield is a very cheap city to live in.
I guess it depends on the location, utilities included, and how much your willing to stretch your pockets. For myself no higher than $750.00.
