What the hell was that? She was awful ......... there may be a place for women in commentating on football matches, but the BBC have ruined it for them by hiring the most inept, boring sounding person alive.
Her commentary was a mixture of 'stating the blinding obvious' to 'Im bored, so im just going to say something random at this point'

She sounds like a boy who knows nothin about football and it just spoils the aesthetics of it all.
It sounds to me like she wasn't at the game at all but commentating the highlights from a nice warm studio!
If you don't like it, turn the sound down and watch it with subtitles. That's what I do when Terry Venables comes on.
