A mix of both but if I have to choose, I would say getting messages from other users. It's just exciting to see what other users got to say.
I enjoyed to get 'your answer has been chosen as best answer' more, as for receiving messages from other user, I appreciate and cherish them, it's not the same as 'enjoy'... ^_^
I love getting messages from other users..always fun to be surprised with what one might say or think! :)

i like both. i like sending messages to other users and look forward to their reply. i think its fun to get im's too. unless it's someone who doesn't respect boundaries you set.
