Never heard the story of the Ugly Duckling. The kids who were hot in high school are almost never the attractive people when they get into real life, just the way it is.
Chelsea was kind of ugly when she was young just like her mother looked kind of ugly before her husband became President.
A woman's hair style will either make or break a woman's attractiveness. Mrs. Clinton got her hair styled differently after Bill became President and that has made a big difference in how she looks. It looks like Chelsea has done the same.
As far as not seeing or hearing much about her any more, I guess it is because she is laying low just trying to be like the rest of the population she is a part of. Or she may be saying "NO!" to the news media when they take snap shots of her wherever she goes. (A news media can not print or show a picture of you without your permission.) Or she may not be doing stuff out of the ordinary that would draw attention to herself. Who knows...!?
Anyway, I agree with you, Chelsea is nice looking now.
Better looking then Barbara and on par with Jenna.
