Question: what do you think about people who are asking medical advice from the yahoo community........for rashes, if you think they are in labor, for dizzy spells, or if they are vomiting blood? why do you think they do it instead of calling a doctor?

they too lazy? or maybe they have seen a doctor and wanted a second opinion
can't afford one, too nervous, hate/fear of doctors
because they want to know maybe if someone else has experienced what they have
In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with asking medical questions on here, but I think that people should ultimately check with their doctors.
They probably don't have insurance, we don't all have the advantage of going to the DR. for everything, they do what they can to help themselves, i've been in this position, it's not fun.

Perhaps they dont have any insurance and are looking for some alternative. I think sometimes people just want to know that someone else is having the same issues, it makes them fell better.
