Question: This is the day the Japanese launched its attack on Pearl Harbour. Although a lot of people don't know that the attack on started north of Pearl Harbour.
The Japanese came through Kole Kole Pass which is just outside Schofield Barracks, then broke off from the main body. Some attacking the harbour while others searched out other military targets like Koneohe Bay Marine Base.
It's like now every year we remember 9/11 which will go on forever.
We as Americans will put a holiday on just about anything now. I think it's the government's way of getting a free day off. Sure we should never forget that it happened, but on the other hand we shouldn't keep reminding those who lost their loved ones about it either.
