just joined here yesterday and asked one question, i got ALL kinds of answers then found out about the points system, so i think alot of people do it just to boost their points...honestly i don't even know what you DO w/the points, just know you get them...people should only answer things they know or are concerned about...JMO

Sadly, yes. I've noticed a lot of replies don't seem to even apply that much effort in offering real solutions, so they would be better off not even replying. It just depends on the individual and how much time they dedicate to assisting others sincerely, if sincerely at all. ;)
Yes. Its almost every body's goal right? But I think there are others who are just the ff:
1. In all honesty, just wanna help.
2. Pretending to be knowledgeable in that subject.
3. Doesn't know the answer but wants to get points.
4. Is there just to drop some nasty answer/comment.
5. Just want to give humor.
6. And yes, just want to impress for the best answer.
my questions usually require wit and humor, so honesty isn't an issue.
