Question: okay....why is it that at work, theres always this one person who gets a promotion on the job.... and then they get on a power trip? i mean my "coach" at my job (call center) just became the "coach" and she is on it! she writting people up for being 3 minutes late from break and everything.... NOBODY (other coaches) do this..... whats wrong with her?

She is trying to distance herself
from the other workers.
Make herself seem like management
material. Separation between the
salary managers and hourly employees.
What she is actually doing is making
some enemies.
Try to keep your cool...and maybe she
will settle down after a while.
