oh yes. its like chill people. its just a question. put sometimes if the person is being rude then i treat them back with rudeness but you should treat people how you want to be treated. but i dont report them i just sort of reply back.

Yes!!!!!!!! A guy emailed me once to insult me and I just emailed him back saying 'OK, I'll listen to you when you learn English'. It's my pet hate. At least if someone told me, 'you're an idiot', I could take them more seriously than when they say 'your an idiot'.
