Is there a " Conspiracy Theory" to upgrade to an 8% Best Answer ??!

edit2: it must round it out...but you are technically almost there...about 7.95 percent
edit3: go to My Profile at the top of the page...then look at where it says My Stats...divide your total best answers by your total answers and get the result.
In your case it's 552 best answers divided by 7024 total answers = 0.7858699316628.
