First set-up an account with a photo sharing community such as the link below, then copy and paste a link from your picture to Yahoo answers and you are in business. Another site is photobucket.

You have to upload your pictures to one of those photo sites where you can store your pictures for all the world to see.
Then you simply copy the link to that website featuring your selected picture and paste the link in your question.
Easy as pie.
