How funny!! I have two cats and you are damn right. At the moment they are in and out of the cat flap like enough to drive you crazy and then the dog tries to get through. Animals huh!!!!!

Actually I won't let mine out if it's snowing, because I KNOW she'll just want to come right back in. I make sure she stays in. She's got food, water, beds, a litterbox...no need for her to go out.
he doesn't go outside, unless you count the hallway in my apartment as out. he's such a sweetie.
Let them out the first time. If they cry to come back in, let them back in. Once back in, if they cry to go out again do one of the two following options. a)Don't let them out. b)Let them out and let them stay out for a good long time. Maybe then Tabby will figure out that it gets cold in the winter.
Not many. I had an out door cat that did just fine in her little outdoor world. Then one night it was predicted to be 30 degrees in the morning. My mom felt sorry for her and let her in. She did not once ever ask to go out again and when we tried putting her out she wiggled out of our arms and ran under the sofa.
I like the nice warm kitty's to go in and out of ;)
