I only drive with one hand and the other is usually messing with the radio, holding a phone or hanging out of the window. Also, if you're looking for a warm spot to put your hand, I've got the gates to Hell in my room. They're rather toasty. :]

I usually have one on the wheel, unless its a twisting road or icy/slick/etc. Other for shifting, radio, drink, and the occasional taco.
No, I usually put my left arm on the part that sticks out on the driver side door. The heater blows on it. I drive with my right hand. So.... where's your warm spot?
One hand for me. I drive with my left and for some odd reason I tuck the right under my thigh. Its feels so comfortable. Weird, but its how I drive. :-) I hear the stove is pretty warm if you want to put it in there. lol
