Do you hate it when coworkers get their friends/family jobs at your company?!

Question: Yes. It's not fair. I haven't had any personal problems with things of that nature, but it just doesn't sit well with me. It's unprofessional-like or something like that.

I do not hate it. It annoys me if the person is not qualified because someone who was qualified deserved that position.

I was a server at a bar and I worked as a bartender before and wanted to be a bartender but they had enough bartenders. What bothered me is all the bartenders were young, thin pretty girls except for one, the managers wife. She was overweight and the oufit was standard a short black skirt and matching tank tops. She would wear like a full body stocking. It was not cute, her stomach hung over, she was rude to the customers, and she made crappy drinks and none of the regulars liked her. In that case, I was pissed off.

it`s what happens

If those friends and family members are qualified then I don't mind so much. But if they aren't qualified then it reinforces the fact that friends and family members can be an asset.

YES!!!!!!! and they're always favored!

only if they are incompetent and annoying
